we are not as happy as we could of been with our movie. In our second lesson we lost a lot of our work and we thought Istop motion takes alot of time. If we could change anything we would to be consistent with our filming

last lesson

in the last lesson we were just putting it all together. we made a soundtrack on garage band and created a title sequence. we named the creatures "the doobies" and we were just stringing it all together. even though we know it int long enough, we were happy with what we made due to the circumstances.

second lesson

for the second lesson we made a lot more of the film, however when we came back to it in the next lesson we had lost it all because it hadnt saved. we were back to square one. obviously this caused a lot of panic so the next lesson we were created more.

the ideas

to start with we decided we would do istop motion, and we chose to use pompoms for our characters. we got this idea from the trubles from star trek.
so to do this we started with the pompoms and moved them around. we didnt have a name for the creatures but we decided to make this up later. so for the whole lesson we created about 30 seconds of work. we realised that it was going to take a long time to reach the amount needed for the final piece.

childrens film

Our childrens film opening is inspired by the little elf and short films alike.
we have made little pompoms with eyes and we are using i-stop motion.
These creatures move around the screen doing comical things let alone their comical appearance.
We have done 30 seconds of it and began our soundtrack.
These creature are going to be characters in the upcoming film.

Today Lunchtime we are going to progress on our task of finishing the opening.
